Our lease has come to an end and so we must say farewell. This is not goodbye forever, just so long for now.

La Boule Patisserie & Bakery is a shop specializing in French pastries, viennoiserie, breads and confectionary. We are located in Old Strathcona, on a quiet side street just off Whyte Avenue. La Boule is owned and operated by a mother and daughter duo, who are in the bakery everyday, sharing their passion and drive to bring joy.

About Jennifer Stang
THE ARTIST BEHIND LA BOULE
Born and raised in Edmonton (Northside!), Jennifer’s passion for baking and cooking was nurtured from endless hours spent in her Grandmother, Minnie’s, kitchen. Minnie was lovely companion for a creative child and allowed all sorts of early experimentation, despite often disastrous results on Jennifer’s part.
